Mr. Kwabena Ampofo Appiah, Managing Director of State Housing Company Limited(SHC) has inspected various project sites in the Greater Accra and Eastern regions. After visiting the Adenta project site in Accra last Tuesday, the MD in the company of Mr. Ben Owusu Mensah, Board Chairman of SHC and Daniel Dwamena, Head of Operations paid another working visit to the Company’s Eastern Regional office where they interacted with Management and staff.
They also inspected completed and ongoing projects in Koforidua. The ongoing project site which is opposite All Nations University compromises of 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached houses. The MD and the Board Chairman interacted with the contractors to appreciate their challenges in a move to complete the project within schedule.
At Adenta in Accra last week Tuesday, the MD inspected the Legacy which will comprise of 4 bedroom detached houses, townhouses and apartments and Urban Court projects will have 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with top of the range features. In a brief media interaction, the Managing Director said “it is our intention to complete all ongoing projects ahead of schedule”. “The time to halt the ever widening housing deficit is now”, he added.
