Kwabena Ampofo Appiah is the Managing Director of State Housing Company Limited and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Appiah joined State Housing Company Limited in June 2017 and he is playing an integral role in the recovery of the Company. Mr. Appiah is focused on sustaining the Company’s efforts to support Ghana’s housing market and on driving the Company’s contributions to creating a better housing industry for the future. State Housing Company Ltd. is committed to serving its customers and the market with solutions that promote sustainable home ownership and client development of the country’s housing sector.

This is effectively achieved through our reorganized operational structure which groups the regions into five zones. Head Office, Eastern, Western, Ashanti, and Northern manner that contributes directly to the orderly and efficient development of the country’s housing sector.
