REGULARIZATION

This means one making his/her stay on an encroached SHC property legal.

MORTGAGE

This is where one uses his/her property as a collateral from a bank to seek for funds.​

SEARCH

This means one making enquiries about the specific information concerning the property in question.

LEASE

This is the legal document on the house. (known as indenture)

RENEWAL OF LEASE

This is when the lease agreement is renewed after the lease agreement on the said property expires.

GROUND RENT

This is a bill (demand notice) given to clients or lessee’ on a yearly basis
