Bawah, delivered a presentation at the Africa Affordable Housing Compact Deal Room &amp; Investor Session, a high-stakes, two-hour ministerial and investor dialogue convened by UN-Habitat in collaboration with the Shelter Afrique Development Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session, attended by ministers, mayors, development finance institutions, and private investors from across the continent, focused on moving Africa\u2019s housing commitments into investment-ready pipelines. A conversation SHC sat squarely at the centre of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Bawah joined a C-Suite panel of Africa\u2019s foremost housing and finance leaders, bringing Ghana\u2019s affordable housing agenda, including projects like the Green City, Dedesua into a continental conversation about blended finance, project bankability, and scalable delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Africa faces a housing deficit of over 60 million units, projected to hit 130 million by 2030.
