Juliet Emefa Gborglah, SHCL’s Business Development Manager, attributed the surge in interest to the company’s reputation for delivering affordable, litigation-free housing solutions.

She highlighted that unfavorable mortgage plans remain a key barrier for prospective homeowners but noted that SHCL is working to facilitate mortgage options soon. She encouraged those unable to attend the event to visit SHCL’s head office, located next to the Accra Digital Centre on Ring Road West, for further assistance.

Currently, SHCL is promoting its Seasons Court (Adenta), Surge Homes (Amrahia), and SHCL Courts (Adenta) developments.
